Palak Saag Dry Vegetable Recipe

An iron and fiber rich vegetable made with aromatic spices and served with rotis to complete a meal.

1 Cup(54.0 gm) Palak (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peanuts (Powder)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp each of chopped green chilli, and garlic, 1/4th tsp hing,1 cup of chopped palak leaves.

  • Add 1tbsp groundnut powder, and 1/4th tsp salt, and mix well.

  • Add black sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.

  • Serve with chapati.
