1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/4 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Salt
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
3 Grated Tbsp(30.0 gm) Paneer
1/2 Chopped Cup(54.0 gm) Palak
  • For stuffing

    In a Pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp mustard seed, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th ginger garlic paste, 1/4th mango powder,1/4th turmeric powder, garam masala , 1 tbsp chopped onion, saute well and till onion is well cooked.

  • Now add 1 cup chopped palak and 3 tbsp grated paneer and 1/4th tsp salt saute well .

  • Cover with a lid and let it cook.

  • For Dough

    In a bowl take 1/4 cup whole wheat flour and 1 tbsp maida and 1/8th tsp salt .

  • Knead into a soft dough with required water .

  • Roll on a rolling pin into a Roti.

  • On a pan roast it from both the side with 1/2 tsp ghee.

  • For Wrap

    Roll the dough on a rolling pin into a roti.

  • On a pan roast it from one the side once the roti is half done add the palak paneer mixture roll the roti and roast it properly till done .

  • Apply 1/2 tsp Butter and roast properly

  • Serve hot.
