Steps
- Step 1 For stuffingIn a Pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp mustard seed, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th ginger garlic paste, 1/4th mango powder,1/4th turmeric powder, garam masala , 1 tbsp chopped onion, saute well and till onion is well cooked
- Step 2 Now add 1 cup chopped palak and 3 tbsp grated paneer and 1/4th tsp salt saute well
- Step 3 Cover with a lid and let it cook
- Step 4 For DoughIn a bowl take 1/4 cup whole wheat flour and 1 tbsp maida and 1/8th tsp salt
- Step 5 Knead into a soft dough with required water
- Step 6 Roll on a rolling pin into a Roti
- Step 7 On a pan roast it from both the side with 1/2 tsp ghee
- Step 8 For WrapRoll the dough on a rolling pin into a roti
- Step 9 On a pan roast it from one the side once the roti is half done add the palak paneer mixture roll the roti and roast it properly till done
- Step 10 Apply 1/2 tsp Butter and roast properlyServe hot
