For stuffing
- Step 1 In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder,1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chopped onion, saute till onion is well cooked.
- Step 2 Now add 1 cup chopped palak and 3 tbsp grated paneer and 1/8 tbsp salt, saute well .
- Step 3 Cover with a lid and let it cook.

For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl take 1/4 cup wheat flour and 1 tbsp maida and 1/8 tbsp salt.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Knead into a soft dough with the required water.
- Step 4 Roll out into a round roti.
- Step 5 On a pan roast it from both sides with 1/2 tsp ghee.

For Wrap
- Step 1 On a tawa heat 1/2 tsp butter.
- Step 2 Place the roti and add the palak paneer mixture.
- Step 3 Remove from heat, roll the roti and serve hot.
