Wheat Flour Palak Paneer Wrap is a healthy yummy recipe which has a flatbread with a healthy filling. This wrap is a combination of vitamins and minerals and is also a good source of protein, making it a healthy meal for any time of the day.
In a Pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp mustard seed, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th ginger garlic paste, 1/4th mango powder,1/4th turmeric powder, garam masala , 1 tbsp chopped onion, saute well and till onion is well cooked.
Now add 1 cup chopped palak and 3 tbsp grated paneer and 1/4th tsp salt saute well .
Cover with a lid and let it cook.
In a bowl take 1/4 cup whole wheat flour and 1 tbsp maida and 1/8th tsp salt .
Knead into a soft dough with required water .
Roll on a rolling pin into a Roti.
On a pan roast it from both the side with 1/2 tsp ghee.
Roll the dough on a rolling pin into a roti.
On a pan roast it from one the side once the roti is half done add the palak paneer mixture roll the roti and roast it properly till done .
Apply 1/2 tsp Butter and roast properly
