- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, palak puree, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped garlic, and 1/4 tsp dry mango powder.
- Step 2 Mix everything well and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Cover and rest the dough.
- Step 5 For the filling, in a bowl, add 1 cup grated paneer, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp red chili powder and mix.
- Step 6 Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each into a round paratha.
- Step 7 Place the filling in the center, seal the edges, and roll gently.
- Step 8 Heat a tawa and roast the paratha with 3 tsp ghee until cooked on both sides.
- Step 9 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
