3 Tsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(40.0 ml) Water

1/4 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Palak
  • In heated pan, spread 1.5 ladle premix dosa batter.

  • Cook partially and add oil.

  • Then spread palak puree, add 3 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, add 1/4th tsp salt, add 4 cubes grated paneer (nestle twist) and mix well.

  • Cook till done and serve hot.
