3.0 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Rice
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Urad Dal
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(36.0 gm) Palak
2.0 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Paneer
3.0 Chopped Tsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
40.0 Ml(40.0 ml) Water
  • In heated pan, spread 1.5 ladle premix dosa batter.

  • Cook partially and add 1 tsp oil.

  • Then spread palak puree, add 3 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, add 1/4 tsp salt, add 4 cubes grated paneer and mix well.

  • Cook till done and serve hot.
