2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Black Urad Dal

2 Tbsp(27.0 gm) Palak (Chopped)

4 Cubes(16.0 gm) Paneer (Grated)

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

1 Tsp(8.0 gm) Coriander Leaves

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In heated pan, spread 1.5 laddle premix dosa batter.

  • Cook partially and add oil.

  • Then spread 2 tbsp palak puree, add 1 tbp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, add 1 tsp garlic cloves, add 1/4th tsp salt, add 4 cubes grated paneer (nestle twist) and mix well.

  • Cook till done and serve hot.
