In heated pan, spread 1.5 ladle premix dosa batter.
Cook partially and add oil.
Then spread palak puree, add 3 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, add 1/4th tsp salt, add 4 cubes grated paneer (nestle twist) and mix well.
Cook till done and serve hot.
