- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion,1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Season with 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp dhania powder
- Step 3 Add 3/4 cup chopped palak and saute until it wilts
- Step 4 Add paneer cubes, 1 tsp cream and mix everything well
- Step 5 Cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 6 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8 Serve hot with chapati.
