1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Paneer (Grated)
2.0 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1 Tbsp(18.0 gm) Palak (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Potato (Boiled Chopped)
2(12.0 gm) Tomato (Slice)
1(9.0 gm) Onion(Slice)
1 No.(18.0 gm) Lettuce
1 Tsp(10.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger (Grated)
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • For Tikki,

    In a bowl, add 1 tbsp Chopped Palak, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1/2 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 1/4th tsp green chili paste, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, and 1/4th tsp salt, mix and make into Tikki.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil and shallow fry tikki until golden in color.

  • For Burger

    Take whole wheat Burger Bun and cut it into 2 slices.

  • Apply whisked hung Nestlé A+ Curd and 2 tsp Tomato Ketchup on both slices.

  • Place 1 no. lettuce, place Tikki, place 2 tomato slices, and 1 Onion Slices on one slice

  • Close the Bun with another slice and serve.
