- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well
- Step 3 Add paneer cubes and roast for a minute
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 5 Pour in 3/4 cup palak puree and 1 tbsp cream.
- Step 6 Mix everything well
- Step 7 Cover the pan and cook everything combines well
- Step 8 Serve palak paneer hot with roti or rice.
