An iron, fiber and protein rich side cooked in the flavors of garlic and onion served with an Indian bread makes a meal complete and appetizing to taste buds.
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala and saute.
Now add 8 cubes of paneer, 3/4th cup palak puree and 1 tbsp cream.
Mix well, cover and cook well.
Serve hot palak paneer with rotis or rice.
