  • In a pan heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala and saute.

  • Now add 8 cubes of paneer, 3/4 cup palak puree and 1 tbsp cream.

  • Mix well, cover and cook well.

  • Serve hot palak paneer with rotis or rice.
