In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup besan. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, required amount of water and mix well.
Add Kasuri methi (nutritional twist).
Dip 2 palak leaves in the batter, In a deep kadhai, Heat oil for frying.
Gently drop Palak Leaves into the hot oil and deep fry the palak from all sides till they turn crispy.
Remove and Serve hot.
