- Step 1 Blanch palak and make puree.

Preparation
- Step 1 Heat a kadhai add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 cup chopped mushroom and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp jeera powder and mix well
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and the palak puree
- Step 4 Mix it well and cook for a minute.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 6 Serve warm with chapati or rice.
