Simple, easy and quick North Indian dish with goodness of proteins, vitamins and minerals....taste best when side with parathas, puri or roti.....
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, saute till golden brown.
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp salt, add water and mix well.
Add 3 tbsp chopped palak, 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 1/2 cup paneer cubes.
Close the lid and allow to cook until water dries off.
