- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 3 Pour in little water and simmer for a minute
- Step 4 Add 3 tbsp chopped palak, 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves and cook until it wilts
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain
- Step 6 Pour in little water, add 1/2 cup paneer cubes and mix well
- Step 7 Cover the pan and cook until all meld together
- Step 8 Serve hot with roti or paratha
