Spinach Kadhi Recipe

Palak Kadhi is a comforting curry made with fresh spinach leaves that is pureed and cooked along with yogurt curry. Rich in iron and loads of probiotics !

  • Heat a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp methi seeds, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 5 no. kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp hing saute well. then add, 1/4th cup chopped palak, 1/4th tsp salt, 2 tbsp besan, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd and mix well.

  • Add 1/2 tsp grated ginger, water and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve Hot
