- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1.5 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp methi seeds and let it crackle
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp hing saute well
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup chopped palak, 1/4 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp besan, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp sugar and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp grated ginger and pour in some water
- Step 5 Mix everything together and simmer over low flame
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 8 Serve hot
