As Required(30.0 ml) Water

6 No.(0.66 gm) Kadi Patta

  • Add batter in a bowl, to this add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp fruit salt, 1/8 tsp haldi and 2 tbsp palak puree.

  • Grease the plate with Oil

  • Pour the batter in the plate

  • Steam until cooked.

  • For Tempering Add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 6 no. kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8 tsp hing and water.

    Add Tempering to Dhokla
