- Step 1 Soak 3 tbsp chana dal and grind into a smooth batter.
- Step 2 Make puree of 2 tbsp chopped palak.

- Step 1 Take chana dal batter in a bowl and add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp fruit salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, and 2 tbsp palak puree.
- Step 2 Mix everything well.
- Step 3 Grease a plate with oil, pour the batter on the plate, and steam for 10 minutes.
- Step 4 After 10 minutes, insert a toothpick to see if cooked and transfer to a serving platter.
- Step 5 For tadka, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 6 no. kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8 tsp hing, water, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 6 Add tempering to the dhokla.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut.
- Step 8 Relish the Palak Dhokla with any chutney of your choice.
