This simple and easy spinach dal is healthy, wholesome and packed with protein and fiber. Paired with roti or rice makes it an comforting meal for your child.
Take a frying pan and heat 1 tsp Oil on a low flame.
Add 1/2 tsp Jeera and allow it to splutter.
Add 1 tsp Chopped Garlic, 1/4th tsp Hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped Tomatoes and 1/4th tsp green Chillies.
Saute well until you start getting a beautiful aroma.
Add in 1/4th tsp haldi along with 1/4th tsp Salt and saute.
Additionally put in 3 tsp thinly cut palak. Saute well making sure everything is evenly distributed.
Pour in 1 tbsp Cooked Tur dal combining all ingredients effectively.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Chapati
