Take a frying pan and heat 1 tsp Oil on a low flame.
Add 1/4 tsp Jeera and allow it to roast.
Add 1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic, 1/4 tsp Hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped Tomatoes and 1/4 tsp green Chilli.
Saute well until you start getting a beautiful aroma.
Add in 1/4 tsp haldi along with 1/4 tsp salt and saute.
Additionally put in 3 tsp chopped palak. Saute well making sure everything is evenly distributed.
Pour in Cooked Tur dal combining all ingredients effectively.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Chapati
