- Step 1
Take a frying pan and heat 1/2 tsp Oil on a low flame.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp Jeera and allow it to roast.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic, 1/8 tsp Hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped Tomatoes and 1/4 tsp green Chilli.
- Step 4
Saute well until you start getting a beautiful aroma.
- Step 5
Add in 1/4 tsp haldi along with 1/4 tsp salt and saute.
- Step 6
Additionally put in 3 tsp chopped palak. Saute well making sure everything is evenly distributed.
- Step 7
Pour in Cooked Tur dal combining all ingredients effectively.
- Step 8
Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Step 9
Serve hot with Chapati
