This very easy to make palak curry is rich in vitamins. Palak being a superfood adds whole lot of nutrients in one dish!
Blanch and puree 1 cup palak.
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion and sauté till onions are translucent.
Then add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well.
Once mixed, add 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp chilli powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1/4th tsp garam masala. Mix till the raw spices smell goes off.
Then add the palak puree and a little water. Mix well.
Finally add 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tbsp curd.
Serve hot with chapati.
