Steps
- Step 1 Blanch and puree 1 cup palak
- Step 2 Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oilAdd 1/4th tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion and sauté till onions are translucent
- Step 3 Then add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well
- Step 4 Once mixed, add 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp chilli powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1/4th tsp garam masala
- Step 5 Mix till the raw spices smell goes off
- Step 6 Then add the palak puree and a little water
- Step 7 Mix well
- Step 8 Finally add 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd
- Step 9 Serve hot with chapati
