- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and mix well.
- Step 3 Season with 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/4 tsp garam masala.
- Step 4 Add palak puree, a little water for desired consistency and mix well.
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, mix well and let it simmer for a minute
- Step 6 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot with chapati.
