Blanch 1 cup chopped palak and blend into a puree. Keep aside.
Boil 2 tbsp sweet corn and keep aside.
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger and mix well.
When they turn golden brown, add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
Then add 1/2 cup palak puree, 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
Finally add 2 tsp cream and mx again.
