- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger and mix well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 3 Add palak puree, 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn and mix well
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 5 Add 2 tsp cream and mx again.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot.
