Palak (Spinach) Corn Vegetable Recipe

1.0 Chopped Cup(54.0 gm) Palak
2.0 Boiled Tbsp(24.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Cream
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation,

  • Blanch 1 cup chopped palak and blend into a puree. Keep aside.

  • Boil 2 tbsp sweet corn and keep aside.

  • For vegetable,

  • Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger and mix well.

  • When they turn golden brown, add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.

  • Then add 1/2 cup palak puree, 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Finally add 2 tsp cream and mx again.

  • Serve hot.
