- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes and saute it.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala powder.
- Step 4 Add 100 gm chicken pieces and saute it well.
- Step 5 Add 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, mix and add the palak puree.
- Step 6 Mix it well.
- Step 7 Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt and cook till the chicken is done.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding cashewnuts.
- Step 9 Serve it hot.
