Pakora are a delicious Indian crisp fried snack made with gram flour, spices or any other ingredient like onion, paneer , spinack potato or many more.....its quick, easy and simple recipe.....serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
Take a mixing bowl and add 4 tbsp besan powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and a little water.
Whisk using a spoon till a paste like consistency is obtained. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan for frying.
Put dollops of the raw batter in the frying pan using a spoon and allow it to cook.
Once cooked, take the pakodas off the flame.
Put them in the serving platter and garnish with coriander.
Serve with ketchup or chutney.
