Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi and 2 tbsp chopped tomato
- Step 3
Pour in some water and add 1/2 cup diced padval
- Step 4
Mix everything well, pour in some more water
- Step 5
Cover the pan and cook over low flame until done
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 7
Serve hot with chapati.
