- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and saute until light brown
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and mix well
- Step 3 Add 4 tbsp oats and mix well.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 5 Add salt for taste, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, and transfer to a bowl
- Step 6 Add 2 tsp tomato ketchup and mix well
- Step 7 Take 2 brown wheat bread slices, apply 2 tsp butter evenly
- Step 8 Add the oats vegetable mixture, spread it and cover with other bread.
- Step 9 Cut into 2 half and serve.
