Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, add 2 tsp ghee, add 3 tbsp khoa and 2 tbsp sugar.
- Step 2
Stir constantly until thick.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup orange pulp, this will thin down the mixture again.
- Step 4
Stir the ingredients continuously till the mixture leaves sides of the pan and forms a homogenous mass.
- Step 5
Transfer to the tin and add 1/2 tbsp of each chopped pista, cashew and almond into it.
- Step 6
Allow to set and serve fresh.
