- Step 1 In a grinder add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Step 2 Grind until smooth and keep the chutney aside
- Step 3 Heat a pan, add 3/4 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1.5 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato and saute
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 5 Season with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix everything well and set aside
- Step 6 Heat another pan, add 1 tsp butter, place a bread and toast it on both sides until crisp
- Step 7 Take the toasted bread, apply green chutney evenly and add the vegetable filling
- Step 8 Heat the same pan with 1/2 tsp butter, place the toast and top it up with 1 tbsp grated cheese
- Step 9 Roast until crisp
- Step 10 Serve hot.
