*For Dough*
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and salt for taste
- Step 2 Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3 Cover and rest the dough for 5 min.

For Filling
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1 tbsp grated tofu, 1.5 tbsp chopped onions, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and chopped coriander leaves
- Step 2 mix all ingredients well.

For Kulcha
- Step 1 Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flat, round or oval shape using a rolling pin
- Step 2 Add a spoonful of paneer mixture, seal and roll into a kulcha again
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 4 Heat a tawa or skillet on mediumhigh. Place the kulcha on the hot tawa, topping side up, and cook until bubbles form.
- Step 5 Flip the kulcha and cook the other side until golden brown spots appear. Press it lightly with a spatula for even cooking.
- Step 6 Apply ghee on top and serve warm
