- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tbsp oil fry the red chilli, grind and keep aside.
- Step 2 In the same pan add 1/4 cup julienne onion, fry till golden brown, then add 2 tbsp grated garlic and fry it well.
- Step 3 In a bowl, and the fried onion and garlic along with, ground red chilli and mix well.
- Step 4 Slit the boiled eggs in the center into 2 halves remove the yolk.
- Step 5 Mix the yolk with the onion garlic mix.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed herbs.
- Step 7 Now fill onionyolk mixture into the whites and drizzle 1/2 tbsp tamarind pulp, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice and sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 8 Garnish with 1/2 tbsp coriander leaves and serve.
