Steps
- Step 1
Wash and cook 2 tbsp rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a thick bottom pan, heat 1.5 tsp oil.
- Step 3
To that add 1/8th cup julienne onions and fry till golden brown.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4th chopped green chilli and saute well.
- Step 5
Then add 4 tbsp cooked rice, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 6
Finally add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Stir and serve hot.
