A quick and easy recipe of steamed rice laced with fried onions and flavored with the freshness of coriander leaves makes a nutritious lunch or dinner option with any side dish of your choice.
Wash and cook 2 tbsp rice and keep aside.
In a thick bottom pan, heat 1.5 tsp oil.
To that add 1/4th cup julienne onions and fry till golden brown.
Add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4th chopped green chilli and saute well.
Then add 4 tbsp cooked rice, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
Finally add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Stir and serve hot.
