Oats Zucchini Pancake Recipe

Packed with the goodness of zucchini and cooked with oats spiced with spices make a complete meal or snack option.

1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Zucchini(Grated)
ingredients
2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Oats(Flour)
ingredients
2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Suji
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
ingredients
As Require(20.0 ml) Water
  • Ina mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp grated zucchini, 2 tsp suji, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/4th tsp salt and a little water.

  • Mix well. Keep aside.

  • In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Spread the mixture, allow it to cook.

  • Flip and cook until both sides are done.

  • Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
