Packed with the goodness of zucchini and cooked with oats spiced with spices make a complete meal or snack option.
Ina mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp grated zucchini, 2 tsp suji, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/4th tsp salt and a little water.
Mix well. Keep aside.
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
Spread the mixture, allow it to cook.
Flip and cook until both sides are done.
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
