Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp grated zucchini, 2 tsp suji, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 2
Mix well to avoid lumps. Keep the batter aside.
- Step 3
In a nonstick pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Spread the mixture, allow it to cook.
- Step 5
Flip and cook until both sides are done.
- Step 6
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
