Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee.
Add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, 4 kadi patta and saute.
Add 2 tbsp oats and roast well.
Add soaked moong dal, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp grated zucchini and mix well.
Now add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt and a little water.
Cover and allow to cook.
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
