Oats uttapam is a quick and instant healthy breakfast or snack for your child....It can be prepared anytime with very basic ingredients and taste yummy when served hot with green chutney or coconut chutney.......!

2.0 Flour Tbsp(9.0 gm) Oats
1.0 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Rice
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Urad Dal
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add prepared batter, 1.5 tbsp Oats flour, 1/8th tsp Sait and Water.

  • Mix all ingredients well without lumps.

  • On a heated tawa, brush 1/4th tsp Oil and spread the batter.

  • Roast it well on both sides.

  • Tasty Oats Uttapam is ready to serve.
