Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add prepared batter, 1
- Step 2 5 tbsp Oats flour, 1/8th tsp Sait and Water
- Step 3 Mix all ingredients well without lumps
- Step 4 On a heated tawa, brush 1 tsp Oil and spread the batter
- Step 5 Roast it well on both sides
- Step 6 Tasty Oats Uttapam is ready to serve
