Kick start your mornings with a sumptuous oats upma, that's packed with calcium-enriched sesame seeds, antioxidant-rich vegetables and a generous portion of dietary fiber.
Heat a kadhai, and add 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/4 tsp rai and let it crackle.
Then, add 2 tbsp of chopped onion, 1 tbsp of chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped green chilli.
Saute all the ingredients well.
Add 2 tbsp oats, required amount of water and stir well.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
