- Step 1 In a bowl add quinoa flour, 1/4 cup oats flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 2 Gradually add water and knead into a semisoft dough
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp oil and knead again
- Step 5 Cover and rest the dough
- Step 6 Divide into equal parts and roll into thin and even tortilla
- Step 7 Heat a tawa, place the tortilla and roast on both sides
- Step 8 Stack and serve warm with your favorite fillings or dips.
