For Bhel
- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/2 cup oats and 1 tbsp peanuts
- Step 2 Roast until light brown and set aside
- Step 3 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped boiled sweet potato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, green chutney, dates chutney and mix well
- Step 4 Add roasted oats, roasted peanuts and mix it well.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Serve immediately.
