1/4 Powder Cup(42.0 gm) Jaggery
  • In a pan, add 1 tbsp sunflower seed, 2 tbsp oats and roast well.

  • Take another pan, add water, 1/4th cup powder jaggery, 1 tsp ghee and mix well.

  • Now, add roasted til, oats and 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder.

  • Mix everything well.

  • Grease a plate with 1/2 tsp ghee.

  • Pour the mixture evenly on greased plate, allow it to settle.

  • Later, cut into bars.
