- Step 1 In a pan, add 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp oats and roast well.
- Step 2 Take another pan, add little water, 1/4 cup chopped dates, 1 tsp ghee and mix well. Cook till the dates soften.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 4 Now, add roasted oats and sunflower seeds and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 5 Mix everything well.
- Step 6 Grease a plate with 1/2 tsp ghee.
- Step 7 Pour the mixture evenly onto the greased plate, allowing it to settle.
- Step 8 Cut into bars and serve.
