Oats Sunflower Seed Bar Recipe

The combination of oats and sunflower seeds make it very nutritious. These are rich in calcium, antioxidants and iron. Make these power packed bars for a healthy snack!

1/4 Chopped Cup(41.0 gm) Dates
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1.5 Tsp(6.0 gm) Ghee
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi
2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Oats
  • In a pan, add 1 tbsp sunflower seed, and 2 tbsp oats and roast well.

  • Take another pan, add water, 1/4th cup chopped dates, 1 tsp ghee and mix well.

  • Now, add roasted til, oats and 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder.

  • Mix everything well.

  • Grease a plate with 1/2 tsp ghee.

  • Pour the mixture evenly onto the greased plate, allowing it to settle.

  • Later, cut into bars.
