Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and 1/4 tsp salt for taste

Mix well and set side.

In a bowl, add 1 tbsp blanched moong sprouts and mash it.
- Step 5
Add spiced carrot mixture, 1 tsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp oats flour and a little water
- Step 6
Mix all ingredients properly and shape into a round cutlet
- Step 7
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, place the cutlet and cook on both sides until crisp and golden brown
- Step 8
Cut a burger bun into 2 half, spread 2 tsp mayonnaise on the lower half of the bun
- Step 9
Place the sprouts cutlet and top it up with 2 tomato slices, 2 onion slices and 1 lettuce
- Step 10
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 11
Cover with the other half of the bun.
- Step 12
Serve immediately with ketchup.
