Oats Sprouts Bowl Recipe

Give a more healthy twist to your regular sprouts bowl with oats, adding oats to your sprouts with veggies and common spices makes it more nutritious in terms of more fibers, proteins, vitamins and minerals.

2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
5 No.(0.55 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
As Required(125.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, add 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4 tsp rai, 5 kadi patta, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt and mix it well.

  • Add enough water, add 1/4 tsp garam masala, mix it well.

  • Add 2 tbsp oats and soaked whole moong sprouts, add water as required

  • Cover with lid.

  • Cook for 3 whistles.

  • Serve it hot.
