- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, kadi patta, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 3 Pour in some water, add 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix it well.
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp oats and whole moong sprouts and add some more water
- Step 5 Close the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 7 Serve
