In a pan, add 1 tbsp til, 2 tbsp oats and roast well.
Take another pan, add water, 1/4th cup powder jaggery, 1 tsp ghee and mix well.
Now, add roasted til, oats and 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder.
Mix everything well.
Grease a plate with 1/2 tsp ghee.
Pour the mixture evenly on greased plate, allow it to settle.
Later, cut into bars.
