Delicious, easy and healthy sandwich with oats, which is ideal for breakfast and a quick meal snack.
Heat 1 oil in a pan on a low flame.
Add 1 tsp garlic Paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp oats, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Now add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and mix well, keep aside.
Now take 2 bread slices apply butter on it .Now spread the oats mixture on it and cover with other bread.
Cut into 2 half.
