1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup

2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli(Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
  • Heat 1 oil in a pan on a low flame.

  • Add 1 tsp garlic Paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp oats, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Now add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and mix well, keep aside.

  • Now take 2 bread slices apply butter on it .Now spread the oats mixture on it and cover with other bread.

  • Cut into 2 half.

  • Serve.
