- Step 1 For hung Nestlé A+ Curd dip strain 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd until water is drained completely. Whisk it with 1/2 tsp honey, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 2 In another bowl, add 1 tbsp boiled mashed raw banana, squeezed grated green papaya, soaked ground soya granules, 2 tbsp oats, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped basil leaves.
- Step 3 Mix all the ingredients well and shape into an patty.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 5 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6 Shallowfry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.
- Step 7 Slice open 1 wheat burger bun, through the center.
- Step 8 Apply hung Nestlé A+ Curd dip on each half
- Step 9 Put 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.
- Step 10 Cover the bun and serve.
