1/4 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
1/2 Cup(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/8 Flour Cup(26.0 gm) Ragi
1/8 Flour Cup(11.0 gm) Oats
1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Egg Whole(11.0 gm) Egg
1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
0.1 Tsp(0.45 gm) Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
3 Tbsp(38.0 gm) Brown Sugar
  • In a mixing bowl add 1/4 egg ,1/8 cup whole wheat flour, 1/8 cup oats flour, 1/4 cup ragi flour, 1 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 tsp salt,1/8 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp vanilla extract,1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix it well.

  • Pour batter in a greased muffin mold and bake at 325 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

  • Serve.
