- Step 1 Soak 3 tbsp chopped dates in warm water, mash and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1/4 egg,1/8 cup wheat flour, 1/8 cup oats flour, 1/4 cup ragi flour, 1 tbsp oil, mashed dates, 1/4 tsp salt,1/8 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp vanilla extract,1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix it well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 4 Grease the muffin mould with 1/4 tsp oil.
- Step 5 Pour batter into a greased muffin mould and bake at 325 degree for 25 minutes.
- Step 6 Serve.
