The best, cozy breakfast made with orange squashy pumpkins and fiber filled oats make an idle not only breakfast but also evening snack or dessert option.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1.5 tbsp grated pumpkin, 2 tsp suji, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/4th tsp salt and water as required.
Mix well. Keep aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and spread the mixture.
Allow to cook, flip and cook on both sides.
