Oats Pumpkin Pancake Recipe

Oats Pumpkin Pancake is a delicious, comfort breakfast made with orange squashy pumpkins and fiber-rich oats that impart a slight earthy sweet flavour, making it an excellent breakfast, evening snack, or dessert option. An excellent way to disguise veggies into your childs diet.

2.0 Flour Tbsp(12.0 gm) Oats
2.0 Grated Tbsp(14.0 gm) Pumpkin
2.0 Tsp(7.0 gm) Suji
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1.5 tbsp grated pumpkin, 2 tsp suji, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/4th tsp salt and water as required.

  • Mix well. Keep aside.

  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and spread the mixture.

  • Allow to cook, flip and cook on both sides.

  • Serve hot.
