In a bowl add 1/8 cup oats flour,1/8 cup whole wheat flour,1 tsp ghee,1/8 tsp salt, water as required, mix and knead into the dough.
In a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup boiled mashed potatoes.
To this, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp jeera.
Then, add 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mash all the ingredients well.
Keep the mixture aside.
Now, roll the dough using a rolling pin.
Fill the stuffing carefully between two rolled sheets.
Using moist fingers, fold the dough edges leaving no gaps.
Apply 1 tsp ghee and roast on a heated tawa.
Flip and repeat on the other side until its roasted.
