Oats Potato Paratha Recipe

Oats Aloo Partha is a tasty, delicious Indian flatbread and easy to make at home. This paratha is loaded with a lot of fibre.

1/8 Cup(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
15 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.58 gm) Ajwain
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/8 Boiled Chopped Cup(16.0 gm) Potato
  • For Dough

    In a bowl add 1/8 cup oats flour,1/8 cup whole wheat flour,1 tsp ghee,1/8 tsp salt, water as required, mix and knead into the dough.

  • For Stuffing

    In a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup boiled mashed potatoes.

  • To this, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp jeera.

  • Then, add 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mash all the ingredients well.

  • Keep the mixture aside.

  • Now, roll the dough using a rolling pin.

  • Fill the stuffing carefully between two rolled sheets.

  • Using moist fingers, fold the dough edges leaving no gaps.

  • Apply 1 tsp ghee and roast on a heated tawa.

  • Flip and repeat on the other side until its roasted.
