Steps
- Step 1 For DoughIn a bowl add 1/8 cup oats flour,1/8 cup whole wheat flour,1 tsp ghee,1/8 tsp salt, water as required, mix and knead into the dough
- Step 2 For StuffingIn a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup boiled mashed potatoes
- Step 3 To this, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp jeera
- Step 4 Then, add 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mash all the ingredients well
- Step 5 Keep the mixture aside
- Step 6 Now, roll the dough using a rolling pin
- Step 7 Fill the stuffing carefully between two rolled sheets
- Step 8 Using moist fingers, fold the dough edges leaving no gaps
- Step 9 Apply 1 tsp ghee and roast on a heated tawa
- Step 10 Flip and repeat on the other side until its roasted
