- Step 1 In a bowl add 4 tbsp boiled mashed potatoes, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp jeera and salt for taste
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 3 Mix all ingredients thoroughly and set aside
- Step 4 In a bowl add 1/8 cup oats flour, 1/8 cup sattu flour, salt as per taste and mix well
- Step 5 Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough
- Step 6 Cover and rest the dough
- Step 7 Roll each into small round, place the filling in centre, seal the edges and roll gently
- Step 8 Heat a tawa, place the paratha and roast with ghee on both sides until light brown.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
