This wholesome oats porridge is enriched with omega-3, dietary fibre and antioxidants with the addition of flax seeds and pomegranate seeds.
Heat kadhai, add 200 ml milk, 2 tbsp oats, and stir well.
Now, add 1/4 tsp alsi or flax seeds, 2 tsp sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Let the mix boil well and cook to a thick consistency.
Serve hot and sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds on top for a nutritional twist.
