Oats Porridge with Flaxseed Recipe

This wholesome oats porridge is enriched with omega-3, dietary fibre and antioxidants with the addition of flax seeds and pomegranate seeds.

2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Oats
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Milk
1/4 Tsp(0.85 gm) Alsi
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
  • Heat kadhai, add 200 ml milk, 2 tbsp oats, and stir well.

  • Now, add 1/4 tsp alsi or flax seeds, 2 tsp sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.

  • Let the mix boil well and cook to a thick consistency.

  • Serve hot and sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds on top for a nutritional twist.
