- Step 1 In a pan, dry roast 1/2 cup rolled oats until light brown.
- Step 2 Cool the rolled oats and grind them coarsely. Keep aside.
- Step 3 In a nonstick pan, heat 1 tsp ghee, add ground rolled oats and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1 cup Nestle a+ slim milk, and 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 5 Mix well and simmer until the mixture thickens and the rolled oats are cooked.
- Step 6 Add 1/2 tsp stevia, and mix again.
- Step 7 Add 1/4 cup chopped pineapple and mix well. Turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
- Step 8 Garnish with 2 tbsp pomegranate.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds.
- Step 10 Serve.
