For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup rolled oats flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, salt as per taste and mix well.
- Step 2 Knead into a soft dough using water as required. Cover and rest the dough for a few minutes.

For Paneer Filling
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup grated paneer, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves, 3 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp jeera, salt as per taste and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding amchur.

For Stuffed Paratha
- Step 1 Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it out into a small round shape.
- Step 2 Place a spoonful of paneer filling in the center, seal the edges and roll out into a round paratha.
- Step 3 Heat the tawa, place the paratha, and roast it from both sides using little ghee till golden brown and cooked.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
