- Step 1 In a blender, add 1½ cup palak, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 4 garlic pods, 1 green chilli, and blend into a smooth puree. Transfer it to a bowl and keep aside.
- Step 2 In another bowl, add 3/4 cup rolled oats flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp jeera, salt as per taste and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Knead into a soft dough using palak puree. Cover and rest the dough for a few minutes.
- Step 5 Divide it into equal portions and roll out into a round paratha.
- Step 6 Heat the tawa, place a paratha and roast it from both sides using little oil till golden brown and cooked.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
