Oats adds texture and nutrients to muthias, the popular Gujarati snack. Its very easy to make and adds tons of fiber.
Take a mixing bowl to add 3 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp suji, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/8th tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp black til and 2 tsp curd.
Mix with a spoon making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed and roll it to make oblong shaped muthiya.
Heat oil at a low flame in a frying pan.
Fry the muthiya on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with ketchup.
