2.0 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/4 Chopped Cup(23.0 gm) Mushroom
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
3 Flour Tbsp(6.0 gm) Oats
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Spring Onion
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • For Mixture

    In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add 1 tbsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/2 tsp green chilli paste,1/8th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8th tsp haldi,1 tsp chopped spring onion,1/4 cup chopped mushroom,1 tbsp chopped capsicum and saute it well.

  • Add water as required then cover it with a lid and cook it nicely.

  • For Wrap

    In a bowl add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp oats flour,1/8th tsp salt,1 tsp olive oil, and water as required and knead into the dough.

  • Roll out using a rolling pin then cut into small circles using a round shape cutter and add mixture then seal.

  • Place in a steamer and steam it till cooked.

  • Serve hot.
