Steps
- Step 1 In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 cup diced mushroom and stir fry
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder and water as required
- Step 3 Cover and cook
- Step 4 Keep it aside
- Step 5 In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 5 kadi patta, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown
- Step 6 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp salt and water as requiredMix it well
- Step 7 Add 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp moong dal and saute
- Step 8 Add water as required
- Step 9 Pressure cook it for 3 whistles
- Step 10 Add the sauteed mushroom on top
- Step 11 Serve hot
