Ingredients













Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup diced mushroom and saute
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and pour in some water
- Step 3
Cover and cook until soft and keep aside
- Step 4
Heat a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, kadi patta, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 5
Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 6
Pour in some water and mix it well
- Step 7
Add 2 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp moong dal and mix well
- Step 8
Close the lid and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
- Step 9
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 10
Serve it in a serving bowl and top it up with sauteed mushroom
- Step 11
Serve hot.
